Scope of work

Overview

Manages day-to-day IT and branch operations while designing business applications for organisational workflows. Current responsibilities include administering Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID, managing role-based user access, and configuring FortiGate and FortiMail Cloud services. Business-systems work includes tailored ERP and personnel processes, with mobile-app design aligned to operational and employee-service needs.

Responsibilities & delivery

• Administers Microsoft 365 and Entra identities, accounts, administrative access and permissions.
• Coordinates IT operations, branch technology requirements and end-user access.
• Designs custom ERP and employee/personnel systems from business workflows and requirements.
• Designs mobile applications for business and employee-services use cases.
